Dear Parents,

The following has come out from the Department for Education today to provide support for parents in protecting their children using the internet – given the current circumstances children are using the internet more than normal

Where can I go to get support to help keep my child safe online?

There is a lot of support available to keep your child safe online. Below are some useful links to help parents and carers:

·        Thinkyouknow (advice from the National Crime Agency to stay safe online)

·        Internet matters (support for parents and carers to keep their children safe online)

·        Parent info (support for parents and carers to keep their children safe online)

·        LGfL (support for parents and carers to keep their children safe online)

·        Net-aware (support for parents and careers from the NSPCC)

Best wishes,

School Team

Educational Links

All children have log ins for http://www.purplemash.com/sch/ellesmereportchr and this has a fantastic bank of games and activities for all areas of the curriculum.

Over the next two weeks your child (Years 1-6) should receive a log in for 'Times Tables Rock Stars' which will allow them to take part in games linked to different times tables.
