Welcome back and here we are the last term in Year 4, how time flies but what a fabulous year it has been. This term we will be doing the Multiplication Times Table Check as set by the Government. Other activities this term will include Sports Day and practising for the Year 6 end of term play, lots of singing to practise. Please note PE is changing to Monday afternoon a message will outline this.

Outline of 'What is being Learnt'
Maths
We will be continuing practising times tables and we will be carrying on with Money (Coin recognition, adding / subtracting). We will also be learning about Statistics (Graphs, interpreting data), Time, Properties of Shapes (Angles, Triangles, Quadrilateral, Symmetry) then finishing with Position and Direction.
English - Whole school project: Pollution / Environment. We will be reading the book Alba The hundred year old fish and this will lead us into the issue of pollution in the Oceans. Our outcome will be an information display for an aquarium and how to look after the Oceans around us.

RE - Sikhism
PE - Striking and Fielding
DT - Moving Posters
Art - Digital Art
